Setting the Captives Free

"All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understood God's grace in all its truth.” (Col.1:6)

Grace is the foundation of the Gospel and the subject of this teaching series. As a result, these 21 sermons form the foundation or backdrop for all the teaching on this website and so if you plan to spend any time here, this is where you should begin. 

In 1993 when these messages were first preached, they comprised a series of 12 sermons which laid the foundation, followed by a second series of 8 sermons which built on that foundation, following by another 12 sermons on Galatians.  Those 30 sermons have now been edited and combined into this one series which comprehensively deals with the basis of the Gospel and the priority of grace.

Take your time and make sure you move through in the order they are listed as one message builds upon the other.  If you find yourself struggling with anything or can't accept some of what you read, please don't stop - just remain open to God's leading and see what unfolds as you move through ALL the messages.
